This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, use and manage information obtained through our official websites and mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms (collectively, the “Services”). This Policy only applies to information collected by Weefine via the Services.

The Information We Might Collect
We only collect user data legally and moderately to support and optimize our Services.
This App integrates the third-party Umeng+ Application Performance Monitoring SDK. The SDK collects APP crash data including crash logs and stack traces for app maintenance, performance optimization and version iteration. The data processing rules of Umeng+ SDK are subject to its independent privacy policy rather than this Policy. Please refer to the third-party official documents for detailed data protection rules:

The Information You Provide Us
You may register a Weefine account to access full Service functions. We collect necessary registration information such as account name and mobile phone number to complete account authentication and service provision.
Information We Get from Your Use of Our Services
Device Information
When you use our App, we may collect device data including device ID, hardware type, MAC address, IMEI, system version, device name and approximate location data (IP address, SIM country code, GPS). Such data is used for troubleshooting, service optimization and user behavior analysis. We will not share your location information with third parties without your explicit consent. You may disable location and network permissions on your device to stop data collection at any time.
Advertising
We may collect device identifiers, geographic location and IP address for advertising statistics and regional user analysis. All collected data is used for internal service optimization only and will never be sold to external parties.

(ii) Operate, maintain and optimize platform Services;

Children Policy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under the age of 13. Minors are prohibited from using our Services. If we confirm that we have obtained minor user information, we will delete it immediately upon notification via sales@weefine.com.
Your Consent to International Transfer
You agree that your data may be stored and processed in China or other regions with legitimate cross-border transmission for service operation. Overseas data protection laws may differ from your local jurisdiction, and you hereby consent to such legal data transfer and usage.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, excluding conflict of law rules.
Amendment to the Policy
We reserve the right to update this Policy to comply with legal and business requirements. Revised terms will be published on official channels and take effect upon release. Significant policy changes will be notified via prominent platform announcements.
All disputes arising from this Policy shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration. Users waive the right to participate in class action litigation.
